srd9 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Playing Fairly

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and srd9 International Ltd. ("srd9", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the srd9 platform accessible at https://srd9.io and any associated mobile or web-based applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on srd9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the srd9 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of srd9 International Ltd. or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by srd9 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously had an account with srd9 that was closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

srd9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe requested by srd9 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on srd9, you must create a registered player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the srd9 Platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and valid mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Notify srd9 promptly of any changes to your contact details.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your account and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• srd9 may require identity verification ("KYC") at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identification card, passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh, along with proof of address and proof of payment method.
• Accounts registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed at srd9's sole discretion.

srd9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time in accordance with these Terms.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the srd9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). srd9 currently supports the following deposit methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — instant mobile banking deposit
• Nagad — instant mobile banking deposit
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — mobile banking deposit
• Upay — mobile banking deposit
• Select domestic bank transfers (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)
• Visa and Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and any applicable daily or monthly deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be subject to change. srd9 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their srd9 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• All withdrawals require that the player's account has passed full KYC (identity) verification prior to processing.
• Funds that were received as a bonus or that are subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• srd9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Once approved, funds are dispatched to the player's nominated payment method and may take a further 1–3 business days to appear, depending on the method selected.
• srd9 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Third-party provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

In cases where srd9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, srd9 may freeze, delay, or decline a withdrawal request pending full investigation. Players will be notified in writing of any such action.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

srd9 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance upon expiry.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the srd9 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with internationally recognised standards. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect long-term theoretical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Each game available on srd9 is governed by its own individual set of game rules published within the game interface. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the srd9 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. srd9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the accounts of any players found to have engaged in the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or during ongoing use of the Platform.
• Operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by srd9.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing srd9 staff, support agents, or other players.

srd9 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial crime prevention bodies. Any suspicious activity identified on the Platform may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

srd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity (KYC) verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant account management fees may apply as specified in the cashier terms.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, srd9 reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full. In all other cases of closure, available balances (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from srd9.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Use the srd9 name, logo, or brand assets in any context without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, srd9 International Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

srd9 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside srd9's reasonable control ("force majeure") may result in temporary service interruptions. srd9 will not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions due to such events.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". srd9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted access. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

srd9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with srd9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

srd9 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and strict internal access controls to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure. Players should take all reasonable precautions to protect their own account credentials.
